Spaces are limited. Sign up early so you don’t miss your chance to be a Legend Rider this year.  

Is the registration contribution per person or per motorcycle?
The registration contribution is per person. A separate registration needs to be completed for each person planning on participating in the Legends Ride. For additional information or to make reservations click here.

Does my contribution include admittance to Buffalo Chip concerts? 
Yes! You’ll be able to take in all the festivities on the Buffalo Chip grounds, including that night’s headlining concerts with your Legends Ride package.

Can I make a contribution in addition to the registration, or even if I do not participate in the Legends Ride?
Absolutely! Your generosity is appreciated regardless of how or when you make a contribution. One hundred percent of your Legends Ride contribution will be distributed to the benefitting charities. You may make an online contribution using the boxes on the registration page or by calling (605) 347-9000.

Are all bikes welcome?
Yes! The Legends Ride is open to all makes and model of motorcycles and trikes. You can ride as long as you are on two (or three) wheels! 

Is the Legends Ride a poker run?
No, this is a "point to point" ride from the start site in Deadwood to the final location at the Legendary Buffalo Chip in Sturgis. Please refer to the map and schedule for details.

Will there be food?
Yes. The Silverado will provide discount coupons for lunch at the Silverado Grand Buffet at the top of Main Street in Deadwood. Participants will also enjoy a complimentary assortment of heavy hors d’oeuvres and beverages at the Legends Ride reception at the Buffalo Chip at the ride’s conclusion.

Where is the reception located?
The reception is being held at the CrossRoads at the Buffalo Chip at the West Gate of the Legendary Buffalo Chip. Please refer to the map for the route and location information. If you have additional questions please call 605-347-9000 Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (MST).

How much money do the charities receive from this event?
Thanks to our sponsors, the Buffalo Chip is able to donate 100% of riders’ contributions. The Legends Ride has, since its inception in 2008, donated nearly half a million dollars to charities.

I registered online. Do I need to bring anything with me on ride day?
Please bring a print out of your online registration confirmation, along with your photo ID.
