Kids & Chrome:

Each year thousands of MOTORCYCLE ENTHUSIASTS descend on the Black Hills of SOUTH DAKOTA for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. These bikers are a generous lot. They show up to support benefits for a variety of causes across the country. And, they show up by the hundreds each August to “RALLY FOR A REASON” for Kids & Chrome.

KIDS & CHROME began as the brainchild of the partners at Black Hills Harley-Davidson, who gathered up a group of like-minded friends to develop an event during the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally to benefit local children’s charities and the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum & Hall of Fame.

Kids & Chrome hosted its INAGURAL EVENT in 2005, gathering motorcycle enthusiasts from across the globe for an eclectic mix of fun, food and festivities.

IN 2008, KIDS & CHROME RAISED $120,000, gifting $80,000 to the Children’s Home Society, the “KIDS” in the foundation’s moniker, and $40,000 to the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum & Hall of Fame, the “CHROME.”

All totaled, since 2005, Kids & Chrome has donated well over a half million dollars to its charities.

We invite you to please join us on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5th, 2009, as we again “Rally for a Reason” at Kids & Chrome’s 5TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION in support of Children’s Home Society and the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum & Hall of Fame.
