Roll Into Historic Deadwood
11:00am to 2:30pm
Historic Deadwood, SD welcomes you to the 2010 Ride that Rocks! with hassle free parking available only to Legends Riders. Find the marked area at the top of Main Street between Shine and Pine streets where our staff will be out to greet you and keep things running smoothly. Please be patient as we get the bikes parked in an orderly fashion. For more information on restaurants, shopping and area attractions while in Deadwood log on to  www.deadwood.org.
Events, Entertainment and Registration @ the Silverado-Franklin Historic Gaming Complex
11:00am to 2:30pm
Here you’ll find your day starting right as the Silverado-Franklin rolls out the Red Carpet. Pick up your credentials, Legends Ride souvenir gift packs and get in on the meet and greets and pictures. The registration booth will have information about the special events, the ride and the selected charities. Please have your online confirmation and a picture ID ready. www.silveradofranklin.com
Join the World’s Top Custom Bike Builders on Deadwood’s Historic Main Street
11:00am to 2:30pm
Every year during the Legends Ride, Deadwood’s Historic Main Street becomes a virtual bike show featuring the artistry of the most progressive bike builders in the world.  Masters like Roger Bourget, Cory Ness, Paul Yaffe, Eddie Trotta, Brian Klock and many others will have their bikes on display, some to be debuted for the very first time.  You'll get to check out the bikes, chat with the builders and get autographs from your favorites.  Click here for a list of special guests on the 2010 Legends Ride.

Check out Michael Prugh and the Students of Western Dakota Tech’s 2K10 Challenge Custom Motorcycle Built for the 2010 Legends Ride

In January of 2010, the Legendary Buffalo Chip partnered with the students of Western Dakota Tech and renowned, Discovery Channel bike builder Michael Prugh to fabricate, build and finish a one-of-a-kind custom motorcycle in support of the 2010 Legends Ride.  While in Deadwood, be sure to get an up close and personal look at this one-of-a-kind hot rod and don’t forget to congratulate Michael and the students on a job well done!  As one of the top custom bikes of 2010, it will be featured in the August issue of American Iron magazine and sold to one lucky owner at a special live auction at the conclusion of the Legends Ride reception.   

Stop by the Deadwood Tobacco Company

Meet the Essential Artists of the Sturgis Rally on display at the Silverado-Franklin Historic Gaming Complex

The premier artists of motorcycling and in the Black Hills sponsor the Legends Ride by donating pieces of artwork and are featured as our 2010 Essential Artists of the Sturgis Rally.  Masters like Marc Lacourciere, David Uhl, Eric Herrmann, Michael Lichter and many others work will be displayed at the Silverado-Franklin Historic Gaming Complex and sold at a special live auction at the conclusion of the Legends Ride reception at the Buffalo Chip.  Click here for a list of Essential Artists sponsoring the 2010 Legends Ride.

The Legends Ride through the “Hills of Dakota”  
3:00pm to 4:45pm
Experience the route that some only dream about. This fifty mile ride defines a new perspective of beauty as riders, celebrities and builders are escorted through the sleepy hills of Nemo and spectacular twists and turns of Vanocker Canyon. This route accentuates the beauty of the Black Hills from Deadwood through Sturgis and finish at the gates of the Legendary Buffalo Chip.
Experience the 2010 Motorcycles as Art Exhibition:
5:00pm to 8:00pm
Upon arrival to the Sturgis Buffalo Chip, Legends Riders will experience one of the most internally renowned exhibitions in motorcycling, the 2010 Motorcycles as Art Exhibition presented by Michael Lichter. The most eagerly anticipated exhibition of its kind, each year the Motorcycles as Art exhibition provides Sturgis Rally goes with an unforgettable experience. From exploring the roots of the custom motorcycles, to showcasing modern tends and cutting-edge design, every year the Motorcycles as Art exhibition is home to an ever changing collection of motorcycles, artwork and memorabilia that is nothing like you have ever seen before.
Legends Ride Live Auction at the Michael Lichter Exhibition Hall
7:00pm to 8:00pm
The auction that gives you the chance to start your memorabilia collection or accent your current works with art, autographed items and more! Make memories last with this exclusive opportunity to bid on individually selected merchandise from the motorcycle, music, cigar and television industries.
Rock N Roll Hall of Famers ZZ Top at the Legendary Buffalo Chip
Starting at 10:30pm
The 2010 Legends Ride features the longest running southern rockers in existence. ZZ Top’s performance makes the 2010 Legends Ride even more memorable.
